The Plus on Wire system is designed to work in conjunction with a rail to form a suspension The system is a complete kit consisting of a plus-clip and a predetermined length of cable with either a loop, concrete or M8 bolt end APPLICATIONS Suitable for: Single or multi-level trapeze supports Modular systems Modular conduits The Plus-Clip forms a wedge inside the rail Adjustment with built-in adjustment system – no tools required Lockable in 41 × 41 rail Lockable in rail 41 x 21 Use adjustable wrench or handles to embed the over-clip into the rail Flexible, ideal if the anchor point is not directly above the suspension Zamac 5 exterior with a sintered steel wedge impregnated with oil Galvanized steel cable with a tensile strength of 1960N/mm² and a structure of 7 x 7 Standard EN 12385 Installation Belt, screw or drill the tip through or around the anchor point Position the c-clip marker (if required) Position the Plus-clip in the desired location on the rail Lock the Plus-clip in the rail by rotating 90 degrees Pass the cable through the Plus-clip To Adjust remove the C-Clip Relieve the load on the plus-clip, pushing up the cable while pulling on the adjustment pin Pull the adjustment pin at the same time to adjust the rail
